The 501c Impact! Nonprofit Board Governance game simulates serving on the board of directors of a not-for-profit organization, teaching participants how to fulfill the roles and responsibilities of a board director/board member through experiential learning.

501c Impact! is also a dynamic way to educate management teams, staff, nonprofit founders, CEOs/EDs who are new to the nonprofit sector, and future nonprofit leaders about the interdependency of the board’s work and the staff’s work, as well as the complexities of leading a nonprofit organization.
